An Ordinance to amend the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance,
1915.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as
follows:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Asiatic Emigra- Short title.
tion Amendment Ordinance, 1947, and shall be read as one
with the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915, hereinafter
referred to as the principal Ordinance.
2. Section 33 of the principal Ordinance is hereby
amended by the substitution of the word "four" for the word
"two" appearing in the second line thereof.
